I recently discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant that serves mouth-watering homemade dishes at affordable prices. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cater to your every need. I've had the pleasure of using their catering services and have always been impressed by the quality of the food and the level of service provided. Some of my all-time favorite dishes include the delectable kibbe balls, savory stuffed cabbage, flavorful shawarma, and the delicious lentil rice. But what really steals the show for me are their perfectly baked spinach pies and heavenly baklava. Each bite is a burst of flavor that keeps me coming back for more. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, making every visit a true delight. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. A true hidden gem that never disappoints!

Upon my initial visit, my partner and I found the food at this restaurant to be just okay. Despite our lukewarm experience, we decided to return for a second visit. Surprisingly, we were blown away by the delicious dishes we encountered, prompting us to become regular patrons of the establishment. My usual go-to choice is either the Beef or Chicken Shawarma platter, which never fails to satisfy my cravings.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a truly pleasant experience. While I would typically give it 4 stars, I felt compelled to bump it up to 5 stars to counteract some negative reviews that I believe are unwarranted. This place is a charming family-owned establishment, and the friendly atmosphere really adds to the overall dining experience. Living just a couple blocks away, I have frequented this restaurant for years and have always been impressed by the consistent quality of their food. I have tried nearly everything on the menu, but I have to say, their shwarmas are truly exceptional. While I wouldn't necessarily dub them as the best Lebanese food in all of NYC, they definitely hold their own in the Sunnyside neighborhood. One of the things that I appreciate most about this restaurant is the reasonable prices. You truly get great value for your money, as the quality of the food is consistently top-notch. Furthermore, I find it frustrating when people leave negative reviews about staff touching food – after all, it's a kitchen, and food preparation requires hands-on work. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try. The food is delicious, the prices are fair, and the staff truly care about providing a great dining experience. Give them a chance, and you won't be disappointed.

I recently tried the beef shawarma wrap at this restaurant and I was blown away by how incredible it was. The service was great, and I didn't have to wait long for my food. The owner was very kind and down-to-earth, which added to the overall positive experience. Even though the wrap was loaded with pickles, which I'm not a huge fan of, I still thought the combination of ingredients was well-balanced. I will definitely be returning for more of this delicious wrap in the future.

This hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone new to the area or just passing through. I first brought a friend here years ago, and she still talks about wanting to come back every time she's in town. Every time I step through the door, I plan on just grabbing a quick shish taouk sandwich, but I always end up leaving with so much more - a variety of pastries, a tub of toum, an appetizer, and something from the grocery section. The food is simply irresistible! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of this place truly embodies the spirit of Sunnyside, making it a spot you never want to leave.

Fresh and Delicious Middle Eastern Cuisine! I recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the clean and healthy options they offer. I tried the falafel sandwich, chicken shish touk platter, and kofta platter, and each dish was packed with flavor and made with quality ingredients. While I didn't have that OMG this is amazing moment, I still enjoyed my meal and left satisfied. I'm already looking forward to returning and trying some new entrees on the menu. Who knows, maybe my next visit will be the one that earns them a perfect 5-star review from me!
